The details a booking hands us, the only things they are used for, and the places they never go.

Only what you type or say to get a technician out: your name, a phone number, the address where the appliance sits, which appliance it is and what it is doing, and now and then a gate code or a warning about the dog. That is all the shop needs to schedule the van, quote the repair, carry it out and send the invoice and warranty term by email. We keep it for as long as that warranty runs, then it is deleted.
The scheduling and invoicing program on the shop computer, and the form provider that relays what you type on this website into the shop inbox. Nobody else. No lists are sold, rented or swapped, and no marketing texts or emails go out. A gate or dock code is deleted from the job notes the day the repair is closed.
None for advertising and none for tracking. If visitor totals are ever counted, they will be lump figures with no names attached.
Ring (360) 517-7350 or write to Budd Inlet Appliance Repair, 629 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey, WA 98503, and we will show you, correct or erase whatever is on file.
